Order of tasks

(Am just starting to try out Slimtimer (ie a newbie) - so apologies in
advance if this is obvious).
We are aiming to use Slimtimer as a team and all of the team can
record against all of the tasks (which we envisage just one person
will set up and manage). There will be quite a lot of tasks (say, for
arguments sake, 100) and all of the team may occasionally record
against any of these tasks but the majority of their time will be
recorded against say 10 tasks (5 general which will always be used,
and 5 specific which will change after x months). My question is, is
there any way each person could re-arrange the order in which the
tasks are displayed so that their 10 appear at the top?
