Minimum time; round up

I tend to have a minimum time that I report when doing a task. For
example, if I work on something for 3 minutes I round it up to 5.
Firstly, I report my time in 5 minute increments. Secondly, feel that
a minimum of 5 minutes is reasonable for short tasks as there tends to
be some ramp down and ramp up time between tasks that tends to get
unaccounted for, which is especially significant when you deal with
many short tasks rather than few large tasks.
It would be nice if there was a way to have a setting to automatically
do this.
Anyone agree? Am I alone on this?
