FEATURE: Bring SlimTimer to the foreground every 15 minutes

Feature request:
The SlimTimer browser popup window should come to the foreground every
"n" minutes (configurable).
Reason:
When the window pops up on, I am reminded to check if I am still
working on the task that the timer is counting.
I can select the current task as needed and continue working.
The foreground action should happen at a user-configurable interval; I
would like 15 minutes, others might prefer a longer period.
