wrong code page displayed

Thanks for the tools. its great. unfortunately I couldn't managed to
display national 'cyrilic' in utf-8 correctly
this problem exists since 0.9 version
look here (pages links with national alphabet)

all latin displayed correctly , but cyrilic in utf8 just some mess.
any advises how to solve it???
