Slimstat seems to tie everything to the visitors time zone.
If the Slimstat time zone is set to America/New_York then visits from
America/Los_Angeles will not be counted for some 3 hours?
There needs to be a setting for the servers time zone?
Otherwise Slimstat seems to be broken when initially installed.
