new rest services on the website

Hi all,

We are currently looking for feedback on our new webserver implementation:

http://bioware.ucd.ie/~testing/biowareweb/

The websites for slimfinder, slimpred, slimsearch3, comparimotif and gopher have been rewritten to access the rest webservices. We are interested to hear if there are any defects in the website and how easy it is access to information. 

If you have any comments please get in touch with me @ niall....@ucd.ie . If you have any comments on the REST webservices, please also let us know.

We will also be updating the underlying code in the near future to address bug fixes, and enable new features like blast+ compatibility. Keep an eye on the blog for further information:
