Hi all,

SLiMSearch 1 has been reactivated and is available at the following url:


SLiMSearch1 allow the searching of a set of protein sequences for a specific motif. The input is the set of proteins and the motif. SLiMSearch2 is for the whole proteome analysis of the motif.
