OK, first my apologies for not having had time to work on DWrite/D2D
issues. Life just seems to get in the way :-/. Maybe it would be
better if I contributed some samples since that doesn't get in anyone
else's way.

So this week the Northern Utah .NET User Group would like me to give a
talk on SlimDX, so I install the Jan 2012 MSI.

However, the documentation CHM file seems to be the Sep 2011 CHM file;
it certainly doesn't match the CHM file online.

Also, in the online docs it clearly says the samples have been moved
out to a separate download, but I can't seem to find that separate
download?

The samples are in the repository. I don't think a separate installer was ever provided.

OK.

Is the help file supposed to say Sep 2011?

Promit probably just forgot to change the title. Either that, or he included the wrong chm.

The content doesn't synch up with what's on the web page, so it
appears that the old CHM file is in the package.

Also, the web page says that the samples are "available in a separate
download", which isn't the case if you have to get them from SVN
yourself. That should be updated.
