Hi Jingyi. For this kind of specific
control over patterns of mating, a nonWF model is recommended. You can
still have the model mimic a WF model in most respects (non-overlapping
generations, fitness governing mating not survival, etc.) as you wish;
see section 16.15 of the manual, for example. The nonWF model type will
allow you to follow the exact pattern of mating you want very easily.
If you're unfamiliar with nonWF models, you might find it easiest to
start by doing the SLiM workshop, which is available online for free.
