This programme will be conducted in සිංහල and English and facilitated by Dr. Sanath Mahawithanage
Expected outcomes
- Experience the true nature of mindfulness with mindful walking and sitting
- Understand how to integrate mindfulness into daily activities and sustain the present moment awareness
- Gain the skill of applications of mindfulness to various situations like stress
