TodayI received a notice that my subscription could not be renewed, since my payment details have changed recently. I somehow hadn't realized that the subscription had continued for another year, charging me an additional $25.31 in April 2017. In any case, I'm glad that I'm now aware of this, and I'd like to cancel the subscription.
However, there is no Cancel Plan link when I click on Manage Plan. The page instructs me to contact support in the event that the Cancel Plan link is missing. When I follow that link, I can indicate my product (Adobe Export PDF) and the category of question (How To...). The page only gives me to option of posting on these forums for help (presumably because today is Sunday!).
So here I am. Please cancel my subscription to this service. It worked well for me, but I haven't needed it for some time. I would further encourage the addition of a Cancel Plan link on the Manage Plan page, as this would further streamline the process for users, even on weekends Thanks!
Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. I have checked the records with your Adobe ID(email) and there is no Adobe order registered/associated with it. If you have purchased via Adobe Reader for iOS or Android are paid through Apple's iTunes App Store and Android's Play Store. If you want to cancel them, you have to contact Apple or Google support.
I have checked the record with your current Adobe ID, and the current Adobe ExportPDF service is in an inactive state due to payment pending issue, and this is the reason you are not getting the self-cancellation option on the website.
I have opened a case with Adobe through my credit card provider. This is the biggest joke of a service I have ever dealt with. The fact that you guys continue to charge people yearly when they can't easily cancel their membership is a scam in itself. I will never purchase a product from adobe again.
I have the exact same issue. I want to cancel this and I am shocked to find out that I have been charged annually from my personal account, when I get it free through my university where I am a faculty member. Cancel and refund immediately.

I also realized that I have no option to cancel my Adobe Acrobat Export to pdf recurring charge and I ask that this be cancelled for my order number below. I have also asked American Express to permanently block charges from Adobe for the future to prevent this from ever happening again. Thank you.

I have got the same problem. I can't find a membership for Adobe in my account and still EUR 24,54 was withdrawn from our bankaccount. I cant find an invoice also. This looks not good. I want whatver it is what we are paying for cancelled and I want to receive the money back. It was withdrawn on 17 December 2022.

Note: Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack does not retain the language setting from session to session. Therefore, make sure that you select the appropriate language each time you convert a document with OCR.
We need to have a feature that can mass delete entities based on a filter. I manage a catalog of over 400,000 entities so running a full catalog deletion is a huge impact to the business. There is no real solution to manage your catalog as the comma delimited string for singular deletion requires the user to have a list of entityIDs to delete which they are not able to export from the catalog.
Through a recommendation of a forum user... once you filter your catalog to whatever your deletion needs are, you can override the API call in the network tab of developer tools to expand the pagesize of the call. Just simply adjust the pagesize in this network call : "target/products/productSearch.halosearch.at.json?pageSize=10". Once you have the data, you can parse through it to get all of the entityIDs, concat them into a comma delimited string and send the request off.
This is a poor solution as both the query and the delete command can't handle more than 10,000 entities at a time and requires additional development work. I tried to write an application to manage this locally but ran into CORS issues with the API. I'm sure that these APIs arent intended to handle this amount of data either.
If we could export an entire catalog in Target, filter by last modified date, and format into a comma-delimited list, we could then run a delete entities call on these entities that have not been updated for some time (which are likely 404).
This article explains the workflow required to export datasets from Adobe Experience Platform to your preferred cloud storage location, such as Amazon S3, SFTP locations, or Google Cloud Storage by using the Experience Platform UI.
The datasets that you can export vary based on the Experience Platform application (Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer), the tier (Prime or Ultimate), and any add-ons that you purchased (for example: Data Distiller).
Note on availability: The ability to export datasets to the cloud is in the Limited Testing phase of release and might not be available yet in your environment. This document contains all the information necessary to export datasets. If you want to activate audiences to cloud storage or email marketing destinations, read Activate audience data to batch profile export destinations.
To export datasets, you need the View Destinations, View Datasets, and Manage and Activate Dataset Destinations access control permissions. Read the access control overview or contact your product administrator to obtain the required permissions.
To ensure that you have the necessary permissions to export datasets and that the destination supports exporting datasets, browse the destinations catalog. If a destination has an Activate or an Export datasets control, then you have the appropriate permissions.
The Export incremental files option is automatically selected. This triggers an export of one or multiple files representing a full snapshot of the dataset. Subsequent files are incremental additions to the dataset since the previous export.
Use the Date selector to choose the interval when the export should take place. Note that you currently cannot set an end date for the exports. For more information, view the known limitations section.
When exporting datasets, Experience Platform creates one or multiple .json or .parquet files in the storage location that you provided. Expect new files to be deposited in your storage location according to the export schedule you provided.
Experience Platform creates a folder structure in the storage location you specified, where it deposits the exported dataset files. A new folder is created for each export time, following the pattern below:
The presence of these files in your storage location is confirmation of a successful export. To understand how the exported files are structured, you can download a sample .parquet file or .json file.
Log in to the Experience Platform UI and select Destinations from the left navigation bar. Select Browse from the top header to view your existing destination dataflows.

Note that the data export entitlements for different applications are not additive. For example, this means that if you purchase Real-Time CDP Ultimate and Adobe Journey Optimizer Ultimate, the profile export entitlement will be the larger of the two entitlements, as per the product descriptions. Your volume entitlements are calculated by taking your total number of licensed profiles and multiplying by 500 KB for Real-Time CDP Prime or 700 KB for Real-Time CDP Ultimate to determine how much volume of data you are entitled to.
