Please send your username to api at slideshare dot com, and we can
increase limits on your account.

When you use get_slideshow api method, the response contains
DownloadUrl field that can be used to download a file. Check this
using SlideShare API Explorer [1]

As an account is always required to upload something to slideshare and
signup is not supported by the API. You'll need a pre exisiting
account. You can either include account creation on slideshare as a
part of the app flow (keeping it in a modal window), or use your own
account to upload these presentations.
