This Sunday - Popcorn Show-n-Sell

We are kicking off our popcorn sales a little early and need your help.

 

Our first Show-n-Sell will be this Sunday, September 9th at Walmart on Northsore Blvd. from 12:00-4:00 pm.  We will have 2 time slots to sign up for 12:00-2:00 and 2:00-4:00.  We only need 2-3 scouts for each time slot. Hope you can sign up for one.

          A few things to note about our sale this year:

 

Walmart's request:Participants are not allowed to interfere either directly or indirectly with the commercial operation of the facililty, including urging or encouraging in any manner customers not to purchase the goods and services offered by the facility. Participants are not allowed to impede or obstruct any customer entering or exiting the store, to block entrances or exits of the facility, or to impede or block the flow of traffic into or out of the store parking lot.

 

Please make sure that we practice the Scout Law qualities of courtesy, cleanliness and cheerfulness while working :)

 

Leave chairs, snacks and electronics in your car or at home, all these things are distracting and can lead to our pack looking sloppy. I understand it is hard to stay standing for 90-120 min. It would be best to take a short break in the a/c if needed. I highly advise bringing a water bottle!!

 

Scouts should be in their Class "A" (blue shirts for Tigers, Wolves and Bears or brown shirts for Webelos) and parents in pack shirts.

 

When you get to your spot, there will be popcorn, a cash box, credit card reader and price sheets.
