Parents and Scouts,

Cypress District Day Camp registration forms and money are due by May 3, 2013.  Camp will be June 17-21 from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm at Camp Villere.  I will be collecting registration forms and money at the next Pack meeting.  Here's what you need to know:

Day Camp is an excellent opportunity for your dens to get together during the summer and complete some of you upcoming requirements.  The cost is $70/child before May 3rd and $90/child afterward.  Camp information and registration forms can be found on the SELA Web site, www.bsa-selacouncil.org.  EVERY SCOUT MUST HAVE A PARENT/DESIGNEE (18 y/o and up) VOLUNTEER FOR AT LEAST ONE DAY--M thr TH--DURING THE WEEK.  You may, of course, volunteer every day.  Help is always needed and appreciated.

Here's what I need:

--Two copies of your scout registration form
--BSA Medical Health form for scouts and adult volunteers
--Appropriate Volunteer form (regular volunteer or staff)
--Tot lot application if you have a younger sibling who needs supervision while you volunteer
--Check made out to Pack 347 for camp

In the past, I have staffed this even (all week volunteer).  This is an extremely active camp for your scout!  Please contact me with any questions or concern.  If you're planning to submit a registration, but will not be attending the Pack meeting on APRIL 15, 2013, please contact me to make other arrangements.  Kari Spencer, the Camp Director, may be having another registration date for later submission.

Here's what you should bring too help out if possible:

--Garden tools such as rakes, shovels and hoe.
--String Trimmers
--Trash Bags
--Wheelbarrow

I hope to see all of you there.
Thank you

Tony Evett
