What’s special about 100?
People who volunteer more than 100 hours a year are some of the healthiest in the U.S. So basically, volunteering for Breakthrough T1D Walk insert city is better than running a marathon, eating healthy for a year, or going on that week-long juice detox!
Okay… we may be stretching that correlation a little bit; however, we can help you get 3-5 hours closer to that 100-hour benchmark! Because what’s better for your mind, body and spirit than spending a weekend morning breathing in fresh air, hanging out with old and new friends, and cheering on thousands of people in our T1D community?
Breakthrough T1D Walk takes place on Sunday, November 17th at The Rock at La Cantera. There are plenty of volunteer opportunities available. Please click on the button below to view the online sign up sheet. | |
