I am serving as a commissioner for the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women. We are hosting our 2023 International Women's Day Summit: Embracing Equity! We will have resource tables on Economic Advancement, Domestic and Intimate Partner Violence, and Women's Health topics. We'll also have great free food and educational sessions on the status of girls in San Antonio and Embracing Equity in Relationships.
Our volunteers will assist in directing participants to the various breakout sessions. The volunteer shift will be between 8:30-1. I am attaching our event flyer. They can email me should they want to sign up.
