November 14, 2025 Saluting Our Veterans We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the brave men and women who have served our nation. To commemorate Veterans Day, we hosted a special service project at the American GI Forum. During the event, we shared treats and tokens of appreciation to thank our veterans for their dedication, courage, and sacrifice. We are deeply grateful for their service and commitment to protecting our freedom. Make your own difference in our community by making a donation in the name of a loved one that has served on our website. Donate Now Coats for Kids The chill of winter has started to set in, and we’re coming together to make sure every child in our community stays warm and cared for. We are partnering with the Knights of Columbus for Coats for Kids, an event offering FREE winter coats for children (sizes 4–16: S, M, L). Join us on: Friday, November 28, 2025 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Guadalupe Community Center 1801 W César E Chávez Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78207 Bring your family, invite a friend, and help us spread warmth and kindness throughout our community this season. Together, we can make sure no child faces the cold without a coat or without love. Turkeys Through Teamwork It's the season of giving and our volunteers are the definition of those who give! We’re so grateful for the amazing volunteers from San Antonio Academy who have been hard at work preparing Turkey Boxes for our upcoming Turkey Box Distribution. Each box is filled with delicious Thanksgiving meals and essentials to help families in need enjoy a holiday full of warmth, joy, and gratitude.
