Randomize Tags

Is there a way to ramdomize tags? I created a digital picture frame
for my in-laws. They turn it off at night, so it always starts at the
same picture and shows the pictures in the same order (for that tag).
When I select the tags radio button, it disables the Randomize
checkbox.

I requested this same feature quite a while ago.
