Hi,

Does anyone know what TCP/IP ports Slickr is using to communicate with
Flckr. The reason I ask is we have just had an ISA firewall installed
that is using authentication for http proxy access. Whenever Slickr
tries to access the internet, Slickr gives the following error -
Access to the web proxy filter is denied - 407

I have tried bypassing the proxy through Slickr, but still receive the
same error.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Andy

I have just done some further investigation into this on our ISA 2006
server and it appears that the Slickr client is trying to use the IE
proxy settings - but with the user anonymous. Our ISA firewall then
blocks the connection, because anonymous is not an authenticated user.

Is this a 'feature'?

Andy
