Randomize Tags and Sets

I was just wondering why the randomize option is disabled for tags and
sets?

I have a slickr tag that I add to any photo I want to be used on the
screensaver, but I don't like that It always displays them in the same
order every time.

I never got around to implementing randomize for those. The flickr api
doesn't support (or it didn't used to) randomize options so you have
to do it manually. Maybe someone can implement it and submit a patch?
