Slick.js Release Process

From now on, the Slick.js project will require
at least 2 Slick.js team members to personally approve all stable releases.

Each team member should personally read through the diff and changelog between the last stable release and the proposed release hash.
They should also personally run the SlickSpec for that version in all officially supported browsers and environments.

If you are including Slick.js in your projects,
you should only ever include the latest stable release version.

Never include an edge build of Slick.js in any of your projects unless you have personally run the SlickSpec for that exact version in all your target browsers.
