Slick.js getting ready for 1.3.2

I merged in Arian's pull request.
I also added a few more tests in addition to those.
His fix seems to have successfully solved the regression.
I added a quick workaround for the other issue with multiple
expressions in a single selector on a node context qsa.

There's currently 1 test failing in IE. PrototypeJS SelectorWithEmpty.

Someone care to check out the latest Slick.js master and verify that
all else is well?
