aggregate feed?

A feature I've liked in some other readers is to see all (unread) posts from all blogs, sorted by date but all jumpled up together; some people call this an aggregate feed. It's a bit like a google plus or facebook stream I suppose.

I used to use a reader that could do aggregates for "folders" or groups of blogs, and that would be cool, but just seeing a combined list would be awesome.
