This group controls access to testing for the Sleep League app and is not used for any other purposes.

You can now access the pre-release version of Sleep League by clicking the link below and downloading it directly from the Google Play Store:

Once installed, please:

Sign up using your Google account.
Personalize your profile (feel free to use your name + app if you’re part of a testing exchange).
Enable notifications (so you don’t miss streak reminders or journal prompts).

From there, you’ll be able to:

Try out the Instant Wake-Time Challenge to kickstart consistency.
Use the Action Tracking System to mark your sleep habits nightly.
Explore Sleep Journals to reflect and notice patterns.
Run a PACT experiment if you’d like to test what really works for you.
