Porting Sleep to C#?

Hi guys!

I've been playing with the thought of porting Sleep to C#. I don't think it would be a difficult thing to do, and possibly a fun project. Maybe it could be as easy as maintaining a set of patches and using Java->C# conversion tools and simply automate the whole process?

Scripts that depend on Java library classes wouldn't work out of the box though, as well as any extensions written in Java.

Any other thoughts? Silly idea?
