I have an alarm set to be dismissed by scanning a tag in my home. I have "only at home" turned on for this alarm. I left for work (a 5-10 min walk away) this morning before the alarm went off. Even though I have "only at home" turned on, the alarm still went off, and I have no way to dismiss it. I've restarted the phone several times, and turned off the alarm manually, but it still goes off a few minutes after restarting, every time I restart the phone.

How can I dismiss this alarm without going home? Why did it go off in the first place?

Tip:

Eventually, I turned off "play alarm in silent profile" and set the phone to silent. That worked.

Hope this helps someone else!

Hello, sorry about the issue, please note that the "Not at home" feature only works when we see your location is significantly different from the home (+-5km at least) we do that as we do not collect fine location for privacy reason and we further make the coarse location blurred. You can see what locaytion we work with the you long press one of your records and use show on map. Please also check that location gathering is enabled in settings -> misc..

Thank you very much.

I've had the same issue several times it the past while being in the same city but not at home (taking a quick nap in our wellness room at work, or staying over at a friend's place). Would be fantastic if you could please either:
- Use something like a Wi-Fi connection to verify if truly "at home"
- Allow for an option to hit a "not at home" button and instead complete a back-up CAPTCHA (e.g., math)

Thank you! Love the app!

Unfortunately the Wifi approach has troubles for example as we recommend to track sleep with airplane on..

The match captcha fallback would unfortunately degrade the code captcha to a a math captcha so it would be useless..

Thank you very much.
