Sleep Showing as 2 Parts?

Hi there, just wondering what may be going on but the last 2 days it's been breaking up my sleep each night into 2 parts when it's syn'd with Samsung Health. 

I also get the notification on my Gear S3 from my Note 8 that I only got like 1-2 hours of sleep. 

Very strange. Please see attached screenshots.

Is it pausing and resuming for some reason? 

But this is only showing the gap when sync'd to Samsung Health. In the Sleep As Android App, it doesn't show any such anomaly.
