Sleep tracking stops when alarm goes

I have an alarm that goes off at 5am that is just for taking some medications and then I go back to sleep for a couple hours. Sleep as Android stops tracking my sleep as soon as I dismiss that alarm so it is always a couple hours short of what I actually slept. I can't figure out how to make it stop that behavior. The only thing I can think of is to set that alarm in a different app.

Thank you for this Petr.  Mine was doing this too and I didn't know why.  I found the setting and turned it off as you suggested.
