Gentle Volume Increase starts with ridiculously LOUD volume

Hi, Urbandroid Team. I'm Brian and i am using your app for almost 3 years.

Recently I changed my phone to Samsung Galaxy S7, before I used Vega Iron 2, with a KitKat Firmware.

I didn't have this problem until I moved to Samsung Galaxy S7 (SM~G390L), but recently I got a problem with a Gentle Volume. IT STARTS WITH VOLUME TOO LOUD.

I use Nougat Firmware but I don't think it's a problem because I suffered with this problem when I was in Marshmellow firmware, the basic firmware of this device.

I also don't think my Adapt Sound-
it's basic feature of this phone~ as a reason because I also have this problem before I use that feature.

Please fix this problem or give a soultion for me because I don't live alone, I live with my roommate, or I have to find a way to get a refund for my subscription, I'm afraid.

We rely here completely on you further observations or experiments. Any feedback from your side is greatly appreciated. Can you please use menu - report a bug? Do you use Spotify for example? Any pre-amp feature in your device settings.. Thank you very much. Hi, Petr. I really appreciate for your concern. This is my crash report file for my Sleep app.

I don't use any other pre-amp sequence currently. I do not use Spotify, just using integrated playlist feature in app and set several musics in the micro SD card.

My android version is 7.0 Nougat, and this unpleasant thing happened after I moved to my device to Samsung Galaxy S7.

I currently turned off the gradual volume feature.

Petr replied Dec 6, 12:11 Hello the last alarm I see in the log already uses fixed volume, can you please revert back to gradual volume, schedule an alarm to start in 1 minute and after the issue happens send a menu - report a bug please?
