Sleep position monitor?

Is it possible to use Sleep as Android to monitor the sleep position? I always get problems with my neck if I sleep on my stomach (prone position). I'm looking for an app that can send some sort of alarm (sound or vibration) when I sleep on my stomach.

From a short thinking about this I cannot imagine ho wwe could do this reliably from a desk without an study and machine learning.
