Sleep As Android auto starting

I have the Samsung Galaxy S3 (ICS), and it seems if I leave phone alone on my desk/bed for a while, Sleep As Android automatically activates.  Is there anyway to disable this?

Hi,

The application automatically starts, if you enabled "Settings ->
Sleep tracking -> Auto-start sleep tracking" option. Turn it off and
it should not start automatically. It would also start, if you have
tracking active and did not finish it. In this case, when you are in
the tracking screen, click on Menu -> stop & exit.

Ahh!  I thought that feature was that it would automatically start tracking my sleep period 45 minutes before the alarm in case I forgot to start the app manually

Yes, the feature should do this. It actually starts tracking 45
minutes + early wakeup period before the alarm. If it starts at some
other time, please send us a debug report.

I have a problem with sleep tracking starting automatically for no apparent reason. Which is throwing of my stats and annoying because it's set to turn off muy lights when i go to sleep. I go into settings then sleep tracking but i can np longer find any setting for starting automatically. Please help.
