All:

With the Change of Command coming up early next year, I have had some discussions with the incoming Squadron Commander as well as a few of our core personnel regarding the direction of the squadron.. I think it is important to pass on to you the suggested changes we feel need to be made and the reasons for the changes..

The objective is to utilize our small core of senior personnel in the most effect way possible.

Each member needs to be present for this discussion.  If you don/t show up then you will have no voice in the matter. We want to get your input,  understanding and cooperation.  No show, you may be "shocked".

People make up a squadron.  Good people, good squadron.

We will meet at 7:30 PM (1930 hours) at Anson.
