i have been advised by Lt Pete Borgardus that he sent a list of the below pilots who are in need of a Form 5 Check ride to the Groups IV's Operations Officer.

Lt Saleem

Lt Castle

Lt Baldwin

Major Bucher

Capt Kennedy

Lt Col Tillery

Within the next 10 days you need to verify with Lt. Borgadus that each of you have meet all requirements for both the flight check and the written/oral testing the Check Pilot will preside over.

If you are NOT ready to take the above, you must notify Lt Bogardus so he can notify the Group Operations Officer.

We do not want to have a time slot scheduled for anyone who is not ready.

IN ADDITION:

At last nights meeting a discussion was made regarding air crew training.

We are proposing (with the approval of Lt Bogardus) that we set the following times for O Flight and A/C Training flights.

1st weekend of each month - Cadet O Flights

Note:  Lt Bogardus may invite other pilots to help with the O Flights  We would like to make sure all cadets receive their 5 Orientation flights over a maximum of 3 years.

2nd weekend of each month - Air Crew Flight Training

For any members who want to seek qualifications in Scanner, Air Photography and Observers, this will give you to opportunity.

All:  You must seek out Lt Bogardus your availability to pursue your goals.

He will answer any questions and will guide you through the process.
