TO ALL SENIOR AND CADET  PERSONNEL.

There will be NO meeting on 24 December and 31 December.

I wish everyone very Happy Holidays and  New Year at this time of year.

NOTIFICATION:  For those who do not know, I will be stepping down as Squadron Commander on 4 February 2020.  The incoming Commander will be Lt. Robert Baldwin.  I am sure he will be an excellent Commander and I am sure all will support him in his new position.

OnE last request I am making is:

Since we now have a Color Guard, we think we are now able to utilize the Guard at the first Tuesday of each month with the posting and retrieving of the colors.

All personnel will be seated for the safety briefing.  The posting of the Colors will be just before the briefing.  (No one is to be seated or standing at any other location)  The announcement will be made with the "Standing for the Colors" or "Room Attention"..

All personnel will remain standing until the Guard exits the area.

The retrieval will be made after all promotion and awards are completed.

All personnel will stand at attention in place until the retrieval of the colors have been made.

Once the Guard has done this and is in  position the Squadron will be dismissed.

FYI:  If you don't know.  When the colors are in movement all should be standing and not moving until the exercise is completed.

The first posting will be on 8 January.  Great way to start off the new calendar year.
