Please find attached the nomination form which you may can handover to interested candidates.

NB:

Sealed nominations should be handed over to Honorary President at the club office between 7:30 PM and 9:30 PM on Monday, 10^th February 2014. Nominations will be opened on Tuesday, 11^th February 2014.
