SLC 36th Anniversary Celebration / Dinner Dance

Dear Exco,

 

I wish to appoint the most experience, veteran musician our Hon. Entertainment Secretary Mr. Mahendra Ranasuriya as the Chairman for the organizing committee, of SLC's most prestigious event, Anniversary Celebration / Dinner Dance 2014.

 

So, I may kindly request Mr. Mahendra to prepare the agenda to enable us to conduct the 1st organizing committee meeting which should be held prior to end of May 2014.

 

Also, Mr. Manhendra can send me the proposed names of committee members for the above event.

 

Hence, this my huble request from all the Exco members to extend your fullest support to make this event extraordinary.
