See below, yes, a crowd funding initiative - finally! Not perfect, but it is finally setup to accept contributions. If you are inspired to give a few bucks to the cause, great, it looks good to have lots of small contributors. If you want to give more, though, you can always give us a check (to avoid Fundrazr charges) and put Make Shift Happen on the Memo line so it can be placed in the correct account. (Sarah, let's consider a separate Savings Account for Make Shift Happen so we can track income and expenditures to the Interns).
The main point is to encourage Board members to share the page and encourage your friends to check out this opportunity to support the cool organization you serve. The Fundrazr people recommend an Action Team to help promote and drive people to the site. Any volunteers? I can add you from the site.
I'm learning as we go, but the more we "share" the more likely we will be successful as measured by the almighty (for now) dollar!
