Hello all,

I am currently taking my capstone course in Strategic Communication at the Ohio State University, and I'd like to ask your help with my group research by sharing your input on supporting socially responsible businesses in Columbus. I am studying in a group of five seniors, and we have the task of collecting data via the attached survey to help in our development of a public relations campaign for a Columbus company.

The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete, and all answers are anonymous.
