From Sheila to the Board about Activity at the Annual Meeting

This is from Sheila to the Board - FYI for tomorrow's Strategic Visioning Activity following up on our Board Retreat.

Hi Everyone,

As you know, I am going to facilitate the audience participation part of the program tomorrow.  After people hear about the board retreat, especially the plan for a 2018 conference, we will be asking for people to give feedback.

My ask for the board members is to please each pick a table to sit with and help facilitate the process as needed.

Hopefully the people at the table will be quick to engage but if not, maybe help them get started. I will stress and board can reinforce that we are brainstorming so no answer is wrong. 

We are asking them to think of potential partners, venues,  and most especially content, what would they like to learn.

My understanding of what will be shared regarding this conference plan:

    Energy, Science + Technology
