Submission date and procedure

 Would it be possible to get an update about when to expect the submission templates and instructions for how to submit? Sorry to bother you about this, but we have some members of our team who will be out of town part of next week, and we'd like to make sure we're able to confirm the submission format and submit before the deadline.
