Welcome to the /sci/ Study Group, intended for group learning of topics in mathematics, science and engineering, with the aim of providing a university-like study experience for people who have no access to such an environment for the topics they wish to study. Currently seeking members (from anywhere)!

The general idea is that for each topic people want to study we form a subgroup and go through a text of that topic together, sharing insights, overcoming difficulties and solving problems together. Each week a certain portion of the chosen text will be the subject of study and we will discuss the contents during that week. Everyone is free to follow the topics they wish and drop in and drop out at any time, though active participation is needed to keep things alive.

Learning projects currently in progress or to be embarked on soon:

Electrodynamics - will be following Introduction to Electrodynamics (3rd edition) by Griffiths.
