I also thought about a budgeting app - mostly because most of the free ones on Android are crap in my opinion.

I'll probably never get around to it though so it will be interesting to see how you approach it.

Thanks guys. I am trying to use the critical design thinking process. First thing is to understand user experiences and then come up with problem statement. I can share the early findings on user experience eventually.

Mint seems to be most ideal but not available in our region. I am working on a much bigger proof of concept and so looking for an app idea to develop quickly to use.
