#RipTwitter? Algorithmic tweets coming or already here?

Seems Twitter will go ahead with this plan but with previous reports that Twitter purposefully segmented "black twitter" away from some users based on geography and also my recent newsfeed, I suspect that Twitter is already testing this

It feels similar to how sometimes we get some of Facebook's "new" features months before they are announced (some of the experiments on the right sidebar especially).

Does this ruin twitter for you guys?
