Many thanks for your much appreciated help and concern shown to provide much needed succour in the form of contacts etc; I am indeed an IIMB almunus passing out from batch of 2000 and a very obscure person meaning nobody in own batch may even remember me and more so since IIMB is a decade behind me

I wanted to add a few caveats to your and my earlier mail

** This is very very serious and very very dangerous. Almost about a 100-200 people mostly batchmates , ex colleagues, acquaintances etc that I have contacted are in serious trouble ever since they tried helping me out. Almost everybody now, under pressure from the gangsters, are now working for them. And everyone ( i mean all of them) you would contact would vouch that I am indeed insane and very soon even a majority of the IIM community would concur. For e.g. an engg (NITT) batchmate and good friend -an LBS alumnus and senior management of the largest bank and his entire family was brought back to India within 4 days and this batchmate himself offered threats to me that I would be maimed or shoved into a mental asylum and electrocuted till I really become insane

** That IS the apparatus. To engage in mega -psychological games so that when the victim/target approaches for help and starts relating the impossible absurdity - he would be immediately termed as insane. The nation wide group can grow from as much as 10 people to as many as 100,000 people within hours. And they will do the most unthinkable of things for e.g. 25 fake flights ( meaning they arent the original flghts but are stuffed with people belonging to the mafia fraternity - families, children, old couples everybody just like a normal flight - (look at my picasa web album) and the entire airports of Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Bhopal, Amritsar,Guwahati etc were sabotaged within hours of my buying a ticket ( even online). And these unthinkable things are done so that when the target ( i.e. me) relates it, I would appear as the most convincing insane person alive. There have been even bollywood people who are part of this mafia - I noticed quite a few but could place only those IPL telecast commentator guys on two occassions sitting next to me and play acting

** There is a fake world that surrounds me at all times. There is not a single flight, train, bus, hired car, or even a boat(shillong and benares) that I have taken that wasn't faked by the mafia. Whole airports and as many as 25 flights have been faked, within minutes, and nobody knows a thing. And they know I can strike a friendship with almost anyone within minutes and thats the reason why I am always surrounded by fake people and not a single genuine passenger. For e.g. the mega psycho games played are as follows * In Calcutta around near New Market....a hand rickshaw puller was knocked out by an empty bus not two feet away from the taxi I was in - this is a signal to me that I would be in the same position if I were to do anything about it ( I could easily make the play acting the rickshaw puller was doing on the street) * In Haji Ali - Mumbai , a dead man's funeral procession was staged amidst loud slogan shouting right next to my taxi and the traffic was jammed so I look and pay attention to it - the same signal. * In Benares a cow was hacked right in front of me in broad public street as I was passing by - to instill fear and mental duress in me. And there are at least some 100 other mega games that I cant write on a mail. This is vaguely similar to the Michael Douglas- Sean Penn hollywood film - The Game

** They can get IBM to dance for them within hours. A good old friend in IDBI frantically came out to help me and atleast half of IDBI employees were shunted to Delhi from Mumbai the same day and my friend met me shivering,sweating and saying that ' you err ...err..look ...hmm...insane' - I know him for 2 decades and I know what he was really saying as there was a mallu gangster gang ( my friend being a mallu) right behind him. And not a single IIM ( all of them ) or IIT ( all of them) or NIT ( all of them) OR all of them put together can do anything about it. Why? because this above community represents a hairline like proportion of the whole Indian Mass Populace which they directly control. Pls think Youth Congress, Assam Gana Parishad, MNS and all other such outfits who are better connected than all the institutes put together. Most MPs are never even mentioned in the English Press and it is the MLA and below levels where their strength lies and about whom no educated Indian knows about or can read about anywhere. The real estate crime malaise has been there for decades and is easily the only line of business that can fuel a political campaign and no matter what I do, this will continue for decades to come. Which is why I am exhorting you NOT TO HELP ME!

** Anybody coming to help is suddenly surrounded by gangsters as I am feeling a feeble hint of it presently on - on the iimusa forums after Mr Goyal's genuine attempt to help (God Bless!) and many thanks!!

** I have spoken to almost all crime reporters of media including NDTV ( they actually have a special call route every time I or anyone has called about this matter...you can try it), CNN-IBN, IndiaTV etc and all of them have been shut off. Same with the Press!

** The MOST IMPORTANT aspect to know about the entire matter is that it resembles a very classical case of a LOSE-LOSE situation for me. Even if I did get the needed help and did manage to convict the real estate crime perpetrators; I still wont be able to lead a normal life. There are thousands of them and how many will I be able to incriminate? Someone or somehow will surely get me in one way or the other. And even if do get them convicted ( impossible), the country's great law system would easily get all of them out. I can't dodge them my whole life. I am done for here!

** I am short of time since I am 24X7 under their eyes. Every place or hotel I have stayed in these 3 months have had people in adjacent rooms with sophisticated x-ray devices and some infra-red spying devices and I am constantly under their gaze even when I am deep asleep. And as I am typing this in a Pune hotel a bunch of young boy rowdies are lighting crackers around the hotel - a signal that I must stop sending e-mails. Believe it or not - comical as it is - these signals to stop me, are not for me calling the cops and they get caught or anything ( no cop can do anything to them) ...it is to stop me so that no new cop comes into the equation as this new cop would then ask for a stake in the 1000's of crores that lie in the illegal real estate business across the nation. This I have observed after atleast 40 interfaces with police in as many as 30 cities across India and one boyish cop in Ahmedabad bluntly even told me this much

** To put it short in an analogy my pithy is akin to that you'd have seen on the streets - some drunk thugs harrassing a street puppy dog. This is exactly what is going on. I even tried a self immolation bid in front of Delhi Commissioner's office and yet I was the one picked and shunted out by the cops. And in the past month or so as my emails and twitter activities have slackened ( being drained myself) these gangsters are actually showing pity on me and are offering the puppy a bone

** This mafia network has in the past few days started showing pity on my plight.Thats right! And I have noticed by these weirdo chameleonesque signals that they actually are offering friendship and trying to broker some kind of peace showing sympathy at my helpless plight. This is true. And if you WANT TO HELP ME THEN HELP ME BROKER THIS PEACE WITH THIS POWERFUL MAFIA! I mean I can do it myself, but can I trust anyone? ( when I myself broached the topic with an old muslim cab guy in Mumbai - part of the mafia himself, he discreetly told me this) What if they eventually get me in a hit and run later or what if they think I am digressing from the peace-deal of sorts and/or if they or I digress for any situation that may arise later. I have already spent about 8 lacs on this nation wide chase and my car lies vandalised and gutted in Bangalore by this mafia!Which is why I ask you not to help me directly but if you can, or if there has been someone in the IIM, IIT, NIT community who has soiled his/her hands in Indian Politics and is seasoned in such matters , or is in the know, then I need his/her help to mediate and broker this peace as I am in a total LOSE-LOSE situation and THIS IS THE ONLY WAY OUT! And you wont be in trouble yourself if you helped me on these lines - this I am sure! Someone who can be a common reference point to keep the truce in balance. And this is the only succour I earnestly ask of you!

Hello All,

Look at these Pictures and you will be able to understand the scheme of the apparatus that is being utilized by present day Real Estate Mafia across the country. Outright killing to grab property and land brings harmful attention and therefore nowadays they have conceived a new weapon i.e. Psychology and Research. They research their victims for at least a year and create scenarios and proxy people around their victim so their victim ( typically very weak just like me) is driven insane. And when all this fails , well that is when old school outright killing is finally employed.

Picture 1:

This man is a bangalore based real estate gangster. Here he is wearing Delhi Police uniform and sitting right behind me at NDLS Police Station where I went to after I was beaten up by a gang of Delhi based lads who threw me and my baggage outside the train I was trying to board. He sits startegically behind me ( an essential part of the apparatus) whereby he directs the people I am talking to ( in this case the NDLS low level cops) gesturing frantically to indicate what is to be told to me. Nobody knows this better than Sailendra Das (an NITT batchmate and Manager - Mgmt Consulting at Accenture, Delhi-NCR) as he has been, out of a fear for his own life from the gangsters been an integral part of this apparatus on more than a half a dozen occassions.He has gone to an extent of filling my cigarette pack with hashish laden cigarettes so that I get completely wasted or get arrested while play-acting that he'd come to help me out! The real estate mafia apparently perform a serious puja before nominating their victim and for the past 3 months I am their prime target and more than 88 attempts to reach police in more than 30 cities in India has not beared any result since Bangalore Police themselves are the key culprits behind this nation wide exercise. There are more than 100 IIMB Alumni and a few 100 NITT Alumni ( formerly RECT), who are at this very moment surrounded by gangsters along with Bangalore Police threatening them in various ways not to help me or report the matter

This is a bunch of GRP and RPF staff surrounding me in the train in order to stop me from mailing anyone about the matter. There were a dozen of them in this Jammu bound train and as I tried connecting my laptop to my phone to send mails seeking help, these cops suddenly turned up and started physically abusing me kicking me and then kicking out the mobile phone connected to my laptop

These are gun carrying hit men outside the hotel I was put up in. These and similar people have surrounded me 24X7 for the past 3 months that I have fled from Bangalore and have been going from city to city across India. This is in Varanasi and notice the big new Toyota SUV does not have any number plates another pic of the same scene is Picture

This is some mini- politician or maybe a spoke in the political machinery of Pune and his side-kick and the place is Pune Airport when I was boarding a flight out of Pune. And he is here buying out the rest of the tickets of the flight I had just purchased. Having realized that I took his picture, there was a furore at Pune Airport with more than 50 vehicles suddenly pouring inside the Pune Airport withing minutes and it created such a panic at the airport that all Airline Ticketing booths had to shut down

This picture is the gate of IIM Bangalore campus where I had gone fleeing. Bangalore Police instructed them to shut their gates and not allow me to enter the campus under any and all circumstances

The man crouching is one who told me his name was 'Ekambaram' and he is a key real estate gangster who runs the Bangalore Police or atleast the DCP Cubbon Park office where I was detained for a whole day after which I was physically abused by the entire staff there inclusing a lady PA of the DCP. A few days later when I called this DCP ( called G Ramesh) , a gangster picked up his mobile phone and spoke to me for 30 minutes threatening me if I did anything like complain to the commissioner. And when I did speak to Shankar Bidari the PC of Bangalore on more than 26 occassions, he had a series of excuses to offer for e.g. "I am not in Bangalore and out of town", "please call me tomorrow", " I am on leave today", "Line is not clear...I cannot hear you" and several others you may be able to guess

This is Guwahati Railway station and the people whose legs you can see are staff from GRP, RPF, Bangalore Police ( parading as Guwahati Police) and also several other Bihar Police staff and all had themselves covered in shawls, sweaters etc hiding their real identities. The mafia had sabotaged the whole railway station and stopped all the trains leaving from Guwahati and even the power was shut off at the station. As I was taking pictures of this mass sabotage, these cops came up to me and started physically abusing me to stop me from taking the pictures. To use a pretext they took my back pack and threw out all my belongings on the street and when I tried calling the SSP of Guwahati, they actually arrested me and detained me at the Rly Station's police station and thereafter proceeded to delete my pics/videos. They were totally some 60 cops and gangsters who collectively kicked and slapped me the whole night. A little uneducated as they were, they did not know where I'd saved the pics/videos and couldnt delete the key videos and pics. I have the whole video of my thrashing with me but am unable to upload due to bandwidth restrictions

This is actually a video snap and isnt v clear but this is the apex political group which had taken over the entire Pune - Delhi flight in which I was going and also the entire Pune Lohegaon airport. The key man is the guy facing the cam and other two ( one in black suit and the other in formals) were his side kicks

He is a Tamil Nadu based gangster and he was hiding in the loo area of a Chennai-Delhi flight that I had boarded

In the past 3 months I have collected over 400 pics of the nation wide gangster chase and several phone conversation recording which directly implicates Bangalore Police and the mafia

My name is Jai Vinayak, an alumnus of IIMB and NITT and ever since the mafia made me their target and did this 'pooja-supari' thing on me, I have lost my job and am since unemployed and going around the country for the past 3 months. A sparse update of the goings are on my twitter 'jai_vinayak' which was jammed and also my present one 'vinayak_jai'. It is sparse cos every time I try to connect to twitter on my phone a hitman would within seconds spring out of nowhere and show me a gun or a knife or a sword with a threatening glare. Or otherwise my connection would be cut off!

All the media pipelines ( press/TV/newsmagazines etc)are cut off by some heavy weight political machinery and hence this will never reach any media house despite my umpteen attempts

It all started when the servants employed by my landlord of the building I was staying in Indiranagar, Bangalore told me (out of their own enmity with the landlord) that the building never belonged to the landlord but belonged to someone else who was murdered by BM Vasudeva ( 080-25262300) to grab the building, and who actually is a renowned real estate gangster masquerading as the most convincing gentleman.He , being in the building and construction business himself supplies labour to several other builders in bangalore. And over the days has been supplying gangsters for eviction, extortion and other real estate crimes and has several political contacts thus. There are more than a dozen gangsters who all live in the 16th Main Slum Colony just behind upscale 100 ft road in Indiranagar. You'd think most gangsters across the country are in the jails, but over the past 3 months it seems they live in an invisible layer of society which practically runs the whole country( thanks to Indian Politics- the only haven for gangsters of all walks to seek refuge in)as I have witnessed over the past 3 months. There are indications that Ex Karnataka CM Kumaraswamy ( Deve Gowda's son) is involved indirectly to save gangster BM Vasudeva and the present PC of Bangalore Shankar Bidari himself hails from a place in Karnatak called Bidar the same place gangster BM Vasudeva and his vast clan hails from too. This gangster BM Vasudeva runs several service apartments in Bangalore and himself lives alone ( I hv never seen a family with him) in a large palatial bungalow on 100 ft road Indiranagar, Bangalore. Now since I know the truths of this gangster, he and the dozen gangsters have made me the target and have done a 'pooja-supari' of sorts in my name and am ever since going around the country fleeing.
