video games for history teaching

do kids at school need any more distracting stuff?
apparently they do- teaching history through video games.

The time spent talking about the console and the games you can probably
play on it will be better conversation than who killed who and what
happened when.
Just like powerpoint presentations cause kids to waste time "creating"
interesting eye candy presentations, instead of writing about the
subject matter in depth, this video game is going to be an eyewash.
An even better way to induce ADD. Cheers to that.
And these same people yell and shout about greenspan's comments about
education and jobs.
