to SLAMPP

I have recently downloaded the latest version on SLAMMP 2, burned the
iso on a indows platform with Nero 8.
When I tried to boot from the DVD, the process freezes right after the
pop-up requesting to select propriety drivers.
I tried on two different PCs, and boot process froze on both.

Hi Noel,

Thanks for downloading SLAMPP. Please try the following solution for
the issue you mentioned before.

Please click Tab key when the SLAMPP boot menu appears after inserting
the DVD to manually edit the boot parameters. Replace 'autologin' with
'init 3', and then press Enter key. SLAMPP will boot into text mode,
instead of graphical mode. Login as root with password, slampp. After
that, type 'videoconfig' to auto configure your video display. When it
is done, type 'startx' to enter graphical interface.
