Webpage on a HD install?

I was hoping somebody could tell me what directory do I put my
personal webpage in when the install is on the Hard Drive, not running
the live CD?

When I enter the IP of my slampp server it takes me to a general info
page; can I change the first page to my personal webpage instead?
