Has anyone had this experience? Could it be the saddles on the kickass? I did make sure they are both setup to the same specs so I can really isolate the issue to the bridge. I thought maybe it's just a Hi-mass bridge thing, but I bought Fenders version of a Hi-mass bridge and this thing sounds great.
So I ordered the Hipshot kickass bridge from Fat Bass Tone, and unfortunately they sent me the wrong color. I simply got in touch with them, and they sent the replacement promptly the next day. Unfortunately when that bridge arrived it had been opened, and parts were missing. I let them know the situation, and they had no problem sending me another one with the correct color, in a box that was sealed, and never opened. Out of a possible five stars I am able to grant four from a likely two, because of the fantastic customer service. Thanks again Fat Bass Tone!
