Support for attachments in postback from Outgoing Webhook

Hi guys,

I am putting together an Outgoing Webhook, and it looks like the post back response (the JSON returned from the webhook) doesn't support attachments.  I've set up a separate Incoming Webhook to which I'm doing a manual post-back with the exact same JSON payload (including the attachments), and in that case it works fine.  But it seems like a bug that the Outgoing Webhook postback doesn't support attachments.  Any chance this'll get fixed?
