Adding icon_url/icon_emoji to chat.postMessage

Why do webhooks get the option of specifying `icon_url`/`icon_emoji`:

https://hifi.slack.com/services/new/incoming-webhook

while the API chat.postMessage method doesn't?

https://api.slack.com/methods/chat.postMessage

Kinda makes me want to use webhooks instead of the API...
